I was thrilled to co-author this book with my talented friend and collaborator Rebecca Ffrench. The 356-page tome brings 40-plus years of health-supportive culinary techniques and plant-centric recipes from Natural Gourmet Institute, the renown NYC plant-based culinary school, into the homes of thousands. In it, we cover NGI's ingredient selection criteria, knife skills, and basic cooking techniques, and highlight over 150 exciting recipes to make you fall in love with healthy cooking. My first solo cookbook, Friendsgiving, was published on September 5, 2017, by the William Morrow imprint at HarperCollins Publishers. It features 25 holiday recipes - including hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and desserts - broken down into 5 globally-inspired menus.
